Joint Development of Health Functional Foods and Collaboration for Overseas Market Expansion
JEI University (President Nam-sik Lee) has joined hands with GATTIVUE Co., Ltd. to pioneer the global healthcare market. The two institutions announced on the 17th that they signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement at JEI University’s Jemulpo Campus, focusing on the joint development of health functional foods and overseas market expansion.
GATTIVUE is a company specializing in the manufacturing and export of cosmetics and health functional foods, recognized for its growth potential in global markets such as China and Hong Kong through its brands SA+ and OT51. Through this agreement, the combination of JEI University’s research capabilities and GATTIVUE’s market experience is expected to lead to the development of differentiated functional products and the expansion of global distribution channels.
The signing ceremony was attended by President Nam-sik Lee, Joo-mi Lee (Director of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation), Tae-kyun Ahn (Director of the Student Career Development Office), Yoon-kyung Kim (Head of the Department of Hotel Culinary Arts), Kyung-hwa Lee (Head of the Department of Bio-Life Sciences), and Ji-won Kim (Professor of Visual Design) from JEI University. Representing GATTIVUE were CEO Hwa-ran Han, Advisor Hak-hee Kang, and Marketing Director Hwan-hee Kim.
